- One night room rate deposit or use of major credit cards must guarantee all reservations. For credit card guarantee, the hotel requires written information including the name of the card holder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date.
- Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date.
- Rentals include one breakfast, 15% service charge and tax.
- One more breakfast is RMB 60.
- One more bed is RMB 100 per person, excluding breakfast.

Further Terms & Conditions

- All non-guaranteed reservations will be released after 6:00pm on the date of scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability.
- A guaranteed reservation without arrival on the scheduled date of arrival, a one night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
