- Broadband fee: Free for stays of one month and above. For under one month, RMB 1 per minute, RMB 60 per day and RMB 580 per Month.
- For one month rentals: free supply of drinking water, up to 4 bottles per month.
- Airport Transfer available at RMB 450/ one way for Pudong Airport, or RMB 300 for Hongqiao Airport.

- The hotel's standard check-in time is 2:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-in or late checkout are subject to availability and charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
