- A rates are valid for 5-30 July & 30 August to 30 September 2011.
- B rates are valid from 31 July to 29 August 2011.
- The above rates are exclusive of 10% municipality fees and 10% service charge.

- Cancellations must be advised with a minimum notice period of 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellation received within less than the required notice period will be subject to a one-night late cancellation charge.
- Cancellations should be made in writing, receiving a cancellation number by our reservations department. It is imperative that this number is kept safely, should there be disputes regarding no show or late cancellation charges. No charges will be waived should the company not be able to provide us with a valid cancellation number. 

-  For reservations where visa is applied, approved and issued through the serviced residences: in the event of any cancellation, Nuran Serviced Residences reserves the right to apply a minimum charge of 1 night at contracted rate, superseding conditions of the cancellation clause; the issued visa will be cancelled and the client will bear the cost of the visa charges.

- The above cancellation notice periods are guidelines which may be superseded by Nuran Serviced Residences and will be advised accordingly at time of confirmation
