Further Terms & Conditions

- 30% of the total rental as deposit payable on or before 28 February 2008 is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of the booking as given in this letter
- Additional 50% as second payment on or before 31 May 2008
- Balance of payment (full room payment) is required on or before 30 June 2008
- If partial pre-payment or balance of prepayment is not received by company as the above given dates, the booking will be cancelled and released automatically and at a cost as cancellation fee (as given underneath), and return the balance of deposit to company.

Cancellation Policy
|
- Cancellation before 28 February 2008 is allowed without charge
- Cancel within 1 March 2008 to 31 May 2008 is subject to 50% of the total room charge of the booking period
- Cancel within 1 June 2008 to 1 July 2008 is subject to 90% of the total room charge of the booking period
- Cancel as from 1 August 2008 is subject to 100% of the total room charge of the booking period
