Further Terms & Conditions

- The above price is the offer for reservation on the individual room for 10 nights or longer period. If the room reservation is less than 10 nights, rental rate shall be calculated based on 10 nights.
- Booking before or on 31 March 2008: All the bookings need to be prepaid (full room payment) within 15 days; Or 60% of the booking amount needs to be prepaid with in 10 days, the rest 40% needs to be paid on or before 31 March 2008
- Booking after 31 March 2008: All the bookings need to be prepaid (full room payment) within 10 days.
