- For stays over 6 months, 2 months deposit plus one month advance rent required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
a) 1-7 nights: 1 night charge if cancellation is made within 48 hours;
b) 8-29 nights: 1 night charge if cancellation is made within 7 days;
c) 1-less than 3 months: 7 nights charge if cancellation is made within 14 days;
d) 3-less than 6 months: 14 nights charge if cancellation is made within 14 days;
e) 6 months and above: 1 month rental if cancellation is made within 14 days of the original check-in date.
